Shipping Times

All tops are ready to ship unless otherwise noted as a pre-order. Orders (excluding pre-orders) are processed and dropped off within 0–3 business days after purchase. USPS and UPS business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and federal holidays.

US Shipping: 3-9 business days.

International shipping: 1–4 weeks.

Please note that delivery times may vary in rare cases due to delays caused by the shipping carrier. 

Shipping Policies

It is the buyer's responsibility to give a correct mailing address.

We will try our best to accommodate you if you need to make a change.  However, processing starts right away, and sometimes it's not possible to modify the shipping label.  To have your delivery rerouted, contact and provide your tracking number to USPS.

In the case that the package was stolen, the address was entered incorrectly, or the apartment number was forgotten, we are not able to offer refunds as it is out of our control. Please contact with USPS.
