Return & Refund policy

Due to all of our products being made to order, we don't offer returns and refunds on any of our items excluding the case where there was a mistake on our end. For any issues and concerns, please contact me at shopcinprana@gmail.com

In the case that a return or exchange is approved, the item must be returned within seven days and in the same condition as when it was sent (tags, packaging, extras, etc.) if the refund is approved. Please know that pictures will be taken of every order before it is shipped. You will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange if you do not return the item within seven days. The refund will be issued as soon as I receive and inspect the item. Please be aware that the money may take a few days to go back into your account.
